Device Requirements
Object Scanning
Object scanning requires a LiDAR-equipped iPhone Pro/Pro Max or iPad Pro. Standard iPhone 15 and iPhone 15 Plus do not include LiDAR.
Room Scanning
Room scanning uses Apple's RoomPlan technology and requires a LiDAR-equipped device for supported capture.
Common Questions
- If scanning is unavailable, confirm that your device has LiDAR and that iOS is up to date.
- If model quality is low, scan slowly with good lighting and keep the whole object inside the frame.
- If export is unavailable, check whether you have remaining ModelCoin balance or complete the in-app purchase through Apple's purchase sheet.
- If a room model is incomplete, rescan slowly and cover walls, doors, windows, and furniture from multiple angles.
